Sara Wilson

Sara Wilson specializes in employment and labor law. She handles sensitive and complex employment matters, including wrongful termination claims, wage and hour disputes, age discrimination, denial of family leave and sexual harassment cases. Ms. Wilson is also experienced in managing claims alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including litigation asserting denial of public access to disabled persons against businesses. Her practice also includes defending landlords in tenant discrimination matters and litigating those claims in court and before administrative agencies.
In addition to her skills as a seasoned litigator in California courts, Ms. Wilson has vast experience in handling claims filed with the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Office of the Labor Commissioner and Department of Labor Standards Enforcement.
Ms. Wilson joined Strazulo Fitzgerald, LLP with vast experience specializing in professional liability defense, with an emphasis in representing accountants and tax professionals. Her diverse expertise has also extended to serving as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters in both trial and appellate courts.
