Dennis Strazulo

Dennis D. Strazulo has 22 years experience as a civil litigator and trial lawyer, specializing in employment law, tort and commercial litigation. He is designated panel counsel for several Employment Practices Liability Insurance carriers and represents employers throughout California. Mr. Strazulo also provides daily counsel and advice to executives, human resource managers and other clients regarding employment issues such as leaves, terminations, reasonable accommodations, wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, policies and procedures, sexual harassment, workplace diversity and severance agreements.

Mr. Strazulo's clients include several San Francisco Bay Area restaurants, one of California's largest independent insurance brokerage companies and a well-known Sonoma County Winery.

Before founding Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP, Mr. Strazulo served as managing partner for the San Francisco office of a prominent Northern California law firm and was named one of the state's "Super Lawyers" by California Lawyer magazine in 2004. He is currently serves as the business manager for Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP.

Mr. Strazulo is a frequent lecturer on employment law topics and he appears weekly on The J.O.B. Radio Show - KQKE 960AM in San Francisco. His regular segments discussing current employment issues can also be heard online at www.workingradio.com.
