Stacey L. Pratt

Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP was pleased to welcome Stacey L. Pratt as a partner in the firm in 2009. She has comprehensive experience litigating employment matters, including those involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, defamation, unfair competition, unfair business practices and breach of contract. Ms. Pratt has litigated such matters in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, and before administrative agencies. In addition, during her over 20 years of practice, she has had broad appellate experience in both state and federal courts, having handled more than 100 civil writs and appeals.

Prior to joining Strazulo Fitzgerald, LLP, Ms. Pratt was a partner in a prominent, New York-based labor and employment law firm. She began her career at a large California litigation firm, serving as both associate and partner in that firm’s appellate department, where her practice focused on insurance litigation and appellate matters.

Ms. Pratt is a frequent lecturer, and most recently served as a panelist for California’s Continuing Education of the Bar’s (CEB) “Fundamentals of Employment Law Practice” program, covering the topic “Employment Agreements”.
