Cody Jaffe

Mr. Jaffe has represented management in employment and labor law matters for over ten years. His practice has included providing advice and counsel to clients regarding personnel decisions, wage and hour issues, employee leave, avoiding and handling discrimination/harassment complaints, privacy issues, confidential information and trade secrets, personnel policies, employment agreements, reductions in force, and other employment and labor law matters. Mr. Jaffe has also conducted trainings and presentations on many of these same topics.
Mr. Jaffe has wide-ranging experience in handling employment law-related litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, denial of leave, wrongful termination, breach of privacy, wage and hour violations, and others. His experience also extends to investigating and representing employers with respect to complaints made to the various administrative agencies responsible for enforcing these laws.
Mr. Jaffe’s practice has also encompassed traditional labor law, including advising clients regarding the grievance process, union avoidance, and National Labor Relations Act compliance, as well as investigating and representing employers in labor arbitrations and Representation and Unfair Labor Practice proceedings.
