Aaron A. Hayes

Aaron A. Hayes practices general and insurance defense litigation, with a sub-specialty in labor and employment law. He has represented companies in all areas of litigation and also counsels clients on employment matters, including the preparation of employee handbooks and providing advice on harassment and discrimination issues, terminations and severance agreements.

Prior to joining Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP Mr. Hayes gained extensive class-action litigation and trial experience while practicing in San Diego, California, and has accomplished the rare feat of taking a class-action trial to verdict.

As a law student Mr. Hayes placed first in his school's appellate advocacy program and he has been published in the University of California, Berkeley, Law Journal.
