Lisa R. Gorman

Ms. Gorman has practiced labor and employment law her entire career. She specializes in litigation defense, representing employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract actions. Ms. Gorman also counsels employers on wage and hour issues, family and medical leave compliance, non-compete agreements, employment handbook policies, employment contracts and terminations.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Gorman clerked for Magistrate Elizabeth Laporte, United States District Court. She was a member of the Order of the Coif and wrote for the Hastings Law Journal during law school, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Gorman joined Strazulo Fitzgerald, LLP with a wide range of experience as an associate in the employment law group of a premier commercial litigation law firm in San Francisco, followed by honing her practical skills at a boutique employment law firm in the Bay Area.
