Maurice J. Fitzgerald anchors the firm’s Southern California office where he practices as a civil litigator focusing on employment law, commercial and insurance defense litigation. As the managing partner of Strazulo Fitzgerald LLP, Mr. Fitzgerald understands firsthand the challenges faced by California employers. His practice includes managing litigation for a well-known chain of California supermarkets while representing a variety of employers throughout the state.

Mr. Fitzgerald, an accomplished trial attorney with an impeccable record of success, has also represented real estate developers, contractors, lenders, mortgage brokers, investment counseling firms, large manufacturing companies and public utilities during his 18 years of practice.

Mr. Fitzgerald is a professional public speaker and has been a guest lecturer before legal and accounting organizations, alumni groups, law schools and consumer advocacy groups on a variety of subjects, including hiring techniques and policies. He has also served as Editor in Chief for The Mainsheet, a monthly magazine published for members of the prestigious St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco, where he now serves as General Counsel to the Club.
